Art Class: Broom Making
Using cast iron cookware and need a brush to clean it? Want a natural broom to look cool and to sweep up those ashes from your wood burner? Or have you ever wondered how to make those handmade brooms?
Saturday, February 18 from 1:00-4:00, experienced teacher Nancy Binkowski will be conducting a workshop where each participant will make 3-4 brooms. Using dried sorghum and waxed cord, she will guide you from beginning to finished project. And, what fun we will have!
